Robin Vaughan

Robin was born and raised in northwest Iowa. Upon graduating from high school, she joined the U.S. Air Force and served our country for 22 years in multiple assignments stateside & overseas.

Robin has always enjoyed art and in her spare time would create. After retiring from the service, she and her husband returned to Iowa to spend time with family after being away and to pursue her life’s dream of being an artist.

Robin’s primary goal in her paintings is to instill joy and happiness in others and to provide a lighter side to life. She wishes to spread peace and love through her artworks (acrylics & pastels).

Since 2018, Robin has worked as a full-time artist through commissioned pieces and several shops in the Siouxland area.

Robin’s non-art education includes:

BS, Human Resource Management, Bellevue University;

AA Business, Mt Wachusett Comm College;

AS, Allied Health Sciences, Community College AF;

Certificate, Program Management, Air University.

Her art skills are self-taught.
